The Policy and Markets Roundtable on Gaming Sector Regulation will bring together regulators, industry leaders, financial institutions, technology providers, professional advisers and consumer protection stakeholders for an in-depth discussion on Kenya’s gaming economy.
Building on the preceding virtual forums, the Roundtable will examine key issues including licensing, taxation, financial integrity, illegal and offshore gaming, consumer protection, advertising, data governance and county-level regulation.
Participants will assess areas of agreement, identify implementation gaps and clarify the responsibilities of institutions and market actors. The engagement is designed to produce practical policy recommendations, a stakeholder responsibility matrix and coordinated advocacy priorities.
